  • Login Data (if required): Email address, username, payment data.

2.3 When Making Payments

If you make a payment for XtractiCal’s premium services, we process the information you provide for the payment:

  • Billing Details: Name, email, creditcard information, billing address.
  • Payment Information: Transactions are securely processed via Stripe.
  • Subscription or Purchase Details: Plan type, pricing, and payment status.

We do not store or process payment card details directly. All payment transactions are handled by Stripe.

  • Lovable.dev: Provides the user interface of XtractiCal.
  • Mistral’s OCR model: Used for optical character recognition (OCR) to extract text from documents and websites.
  • OpenAI GPT-4o-mini: Used to analyze, interpret, and extract structured event details from text-based content.
  • Supabase: Used as database.
  • Stripe: Used for secure payment processing of logged-in users.
  • Google Site Kit and Google Analytics: Used to analyze how visitors use our website in order to improve its performance and user experience

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.
